We enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms and the great pool. The staff was always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was convenient for our business activities and the quiet environment allowed us to focus on work.
Some amenities were lacking such as toiletries and towels. We were also surprised to find no reception on arrival.

The pool and the room were nice and clean. the location was great, close to the city center and the beach. It was easy to find good restaurants around.
The service was very poor, there was no one to talk to and everything was handled by email. No one was there to give us a warm welcome or provide information about the area.

The location of the hotel is great, with a nice environment and it is very quiet. the swimming pool is a major advantage, as it provides a refreshing way to cool off and relax. the rooms are modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
The lack of reception upon arrival and the inconvenience of not having the room I initially requested without any prior warning were setbacks to an otherwise pleasant experience.

We had the best stay in Asia at this hotel. The staff, who speak good English, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a beautiful swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing under the sun. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, making it the cleanest place we've stayed in. Additionally, the location was quiet and peaceful, providing a nice environment for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and the staff always went out of their way to assist us whenever we had any problems.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
